Why Isn't a Beautiful Website Enough?
Most web development projects start with a common misconception: if the website looks good and works on mobile, clients will find it. Reality says otherwise. Design is the foundation — but real business results depend on the SEO structure, conversion system, and measurement logic built behind it. We don't treat these as optional add-ons. We build them in from the start.
How We Work — 5 Phases
Every project is unique, but the same process connects business goals to measurable results.
Business Goals & SEO Strategy
We don't start with design — we start with what the website needs to achieve. Keyword mapping, audience analysis, and competitor research set the direction for everything that follows.
Structure & Conversion Architecture
We design the page structure so every page has a clear purpose and leads visitors to the next step. CTA hierarchy, trust signals, and internal linking are decided at the planning stage.
Design & Development — Built on Next.js
Premium, bespoke design built to brand guidelines, then developed in Next.js — with fast load times, excellent Core Web Vitals, and built-in i18n support.
Analytics & Conversion Tracking
GA4, Search Console, event tracking, and conversion funnel setup before launch. We don't discover what works later — we measure from day one.
Post-Launch Optimisation
Using data from the first 30–90 days, we fine-tune conversion points, improve slow pages, and refine the content strategy. Launch isn't the end of the project — it's the start of growth.

Why Lab2Label?
A growth system, not just a design
We don't hand over the website and close the project. SEO architecture, conversion optimisation, and analytics are built in — not added as extras later.
Next.js and modern technology
We don't work from WordPress templates. Custom Next.js development: fast load times, excellent Core Web Vitals, and real scalability — technology you can build on long-term.
FMCG and e-commerce expertise
We understand the visual and conversion needs of product-based brands. The website doesn't just present — it sells.
Integrated approach
If brand strategy, SEO, or a go-to-market campaign are also needed alongside the website, everything happens in a single, coordinated process.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you use Next.js instead of WordPress?+
Next.js is significantly faster, more secure, and better for SEO than a WordPress and plugin stack. Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) — which directly affect Google rankings — are far easier to optimise with Next.js. The codebase stays clean and maintainable long-term, with no plugin dependency risk.
How long does a website take to build?+
A typical 8–12 page business website takes 6–10 weeks. A webshop — depending on the number of products and integrations — realistically takes 8–14 weeks. The timeline includes SEO strategy, design, development, testing, and pre-launch analytics configuration.
Is SEO included in the website development price?+
Core SEO architecture — keyword map, URL structure, technical SEO, sitemap, schema markup, GA4 and Search Console setup — is included in every project. Ongoing SEO content strategy and link building are handled under a separate agreement.
Can you redesign an existing website, not just build new ones?+
Yes. One of our most common projects is a system-level audit and redesign of an existing website — especially when it's not generating organic traffic or has a low conversion rate. We start with an audit, then propose targeted solutions to the specific problems we find.
How do you measure whether the website is performing well?+
From launch, we track organic traffic, conversion rate (enquiries, purchases), Core Web Vitals, and bounce rate on key pages. In the first 30–90 days we review the data monthly and recommend adjustments where needed.
How do we get started?+
With a free consultation where we learn about your business goals, current situation, and project parameters. We send a proposal within 5–7 business days — with a defined scope, timeline, and pricing.
